After a full day at the Congress Palace, we invite you to unwind and enjoy a relaxed, vibrant evening featuring a cocktail-style dinner with a variety of food stations. This dynamic format allows guests to explore different flavours while networking in an informal and engaging atmosphere.

Set within charming courtyards and picturesque streets, Poble Espanyol offers a magical setting, showcasing traditional Spanish architecture. Beautifully illuminated at night, it provides the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening with fellow attendees.

Transportation to Gala Dinner

Public transport from Palma Congress Centre:

    1. Take Bus Line 40 from the stop behind the Congress Centre (Palau de Congressos).
    2. Get off at Plaça del Progrés (final stop).
    3. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to Poble Espanyol.

To consider: 

    • Buses run approximately every 20 minutes.
    • Last departures are around 20:00–20:30.
    • Total travel time: approx. 35–40 minutes.

 

 

Return Journey

    1. Walk 10 minutes from Poble Espanyol to Plaça del Progrés.
    2. Take Bus Line 4 towards the city centre.
    3. From there, walk approx. 10 minutes back to the Congress Centre.

To consider: 

    • Last buses run until approximately 00:45.
    • After this time, taxis are recommended.


Congress shuttle (return only)

Shuttle buses will be available after the event from Poble Espanyol to the main congress hotels. Departure at 00:00, at the end of the Gala Dinner.
